Clinical Research Professionals (CRPs) are the non-faculty professionals essential for the entire lifecycle of clinical and translational research studies, from activation to accrual to ongoing conduct to completion. The goal of the CRP Workforce Development program is to create, maintain, sustain, and retain a research workforce that is not only competent and efficient but also serve as role models in clinical research best practices.
A community of practice (CoP) for non-faculty Clinical Research Professionals (CRPs) employed through VCU, VCUH, Wright Regional Center partners, and community collaborators. This CoP works collectively on various initiatives and serves as a platform for communication and information sharing.
CRP professional development encompasses continuous learning through workshops, conferences, academic programs, professional organization membership, and relevant certifications. Explore the various resources available for career growth, advancement, and professional recognition.
